I called a couple weeks ago and talked to Matt to get a quote (and quote only) on a 28' blackout customized exactly how I wanted it. Matt was very friendly and answered all of my stupid questions professionally. He didn't press anything on me at all. I felt as if I was talking to a friend rather than a salesman. Before the end of the phone call I had placed an order on my dream trailer. I'm 700 miles away and no one here in Arkansas could beat their price even with shipping the trailer from Georgia. I got to see my trailer for the first time tonight and the craftsmanship is flawless. It's immaculate inside and out. Matts attitude, personality and prices is what sold this trailer.
